Santa's Takeoff and Journey are top priority at the North Pole Command Center. Reindeer monitoring, sleigh preparation, flight route, and weather are all part of Flight Command duties. The Flight Command also works with Prep and Landing elves and monitors the Christmas Delivery Flights and other flights Santa makes during the year.
