Donder or Donner?

Greetings Believers!

It is a busy day here at the North Pole. We are having fun making all kinds of toys and gifts. I want to clarify some issues with names and the reindeer. My reindeer are named Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donder and Blitzen. Note, it is not actually Donner. Sometime around the tv show Rudolph (he is the final reindeer on the team) someone goofed and thought I said Donner, not Donder. Unfortunately, it stuck and now there is some confusion. Donder is a male reindeer. He and Blitzen are the strongest of all the reindeer and their names mean Thunder and Lightning. Donder doesn't mind if you call him Donner. He just wants everyone to know his real name is Donder. Well, I better go to over to the workshop and check on the production of all the toys. Be good! Smile a lot! Have a Holly Jolly Day!
